Preliminary ‘Cost Plan’

Once the ‘Preliminary Design’ drawings are available, we would prepare a preliminary ‘Cost Plan’ based on the initial scope of works, providing a working budget under various elemental headings (sub-structure, columns, external walls, wall finishes, floor finishes, ceiling finishes, plumbing, heating, drainage and external works).

This ‘Cost Plan’, or feasibility study, should give you some certainty as to your financial construction commitment, before finally proceeding with the purchase.

‘Cost Checking’

Once the ‘Detailed Design’ process has commenced, we undertake a cost checking process to ensure that the actual design details for the various elements can be constructed within the agreed Preliminary Cost Plan.
